Fitness Programs
Our personalized training and exercise classes are designed to not only improve your strength, flexibility, agility, endurance, and balance, but also to relax the muscles and connective tissue, lubricate the joints, and calm your mind. You will enhance your awareness and learn how to manage and care for your body.

Special arrangements may also be made for individual assessments and program designs from a licensed physical therapist.
