Come and experience a blissful evening of sacred rest and sound. Cordelia Chester will begin our time with some gentle stretching to settle us in for a long restorative practice imbued with sound and vibration. Joa and Julian Traista will use crystal and Himalayan bowls, guitar and harmonium as well as chanting mantras and spontaneous harmonic sounds to soothe our bodies, minds, and spirits.

For your deepest comfort, please wear comfortable clothing, bring water, a mat, any restorative props (bolster, towels) you'd like, and an eye covering or eye pillow.
