A different kind of gym for a different kind of fitness

Located on the top floor of downtown Northampton’s Thornes Marketplace, its 2,500 square feet comprise a series of serene, skylit rooms with warm maple floors that invite bare feet. It’s a relaxing, safe, hygenic atmosphere conducive to the internal focus that our physical therapy and fitness programming requires. It feels good just to be here.

• 3 treatment rooms for physical therapy, bodywork, and spa services
  
• An equipment room with Pilates, Gyrotonic machines and functional fitness apparatus
  
• Small equipment such as stability balls, light free weights, styorofoam rolls, club bells, kettle bells and more
  
• A 1,000-square-foot classroom with mirrors, ballet bars, and a sound system
