Bill Arcand
is a certified trainer, functional fitness instructor and exercise counselor with expertise in somatics and martial arts. He has a diverse background in fitness, movement and education. Bill utilizes his knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and neurophysiology to deliver movement specific training. He helps his clients learn how to integrate strength, power, flexibility, endurance, speed, balance and coordination to optimize mobility and reduce potential injuries and pain.
Bill is a Fellow Graduate from the prestigious Gray Institute of Functional Training. He is certified as a Clinical Somatic Educator (Somatics Systems Institute); an Exercise Coach (CHEK Institute); a Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Counselor (Holyoke Community College); an Exercise Specialist (Arthritis Foundation), and a Boxing Coach (USA Boxing Association). His long history of studying Chinese movement arts such as Tai Chi and related martial arts greatly influences his holistic approach to fitness. Bill holds a degree in Philosophy and a Secondary Teaching Certification and has over 30 years experience teaching and offering professional development services. |

Kate Faulkner
is a licensed physical therapist. Kate combines manual therapies and therapeutic exercises to support her patients’ rehabilitative process. She draws from her foundation in movement arts and medical sciences to inform her physical therapy practice.
Kate holds a masters degree in physical therapy from American International College and studied biomechanics in the graduate Exercise Science Department at the University of Massachusetts. She has trained in functional fitness, myofascial release, joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy and pnf among other techniques. Kate began teaching Pilates in 1987 and is a second generation certified Pilates instructor. She has studied with Mary Bowen, Eve Gentry & Marika Molnar among others, and has led several Pilates teacher training programs. Kate holds a BA in dance from Rutgers University and has performed and choreographed throughout the Northeast. She is a certified massage therapist. |

Adam Brady is a licensed physical therapist. Adam received his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. He is also an avid martial artist and dancer, and uses his knowledge in these movement fields to inform his physical therapy work. He is passionate about helping people become healthy and lively and finding enjoyment in movement. In addition to physical therapy, Adam has worked as a personal trainer specializing in injury management and sports fitness programs. |

Lizzy blends her background in dance, yoga, Pilates, Body-Mind Centering™ and Gyrotonic to deliver unique and dynamic one on one training to her clients. She continues to be a professional dancer as a member of Wire Monkey Dance Company and performs as a solo artist. |

Jennifer Daly Meltzer is a licensed massage therapist, a certified pregnancy massage therapist, and an Infant massage instructor. Among other training, she studied extensively with many masters in the field of massage at The Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. Reiki, reflexology, deep tissue, cranio-sacral, swedish and Thai massage are just some of the techniques she brings to her practice. She also has training in oncology massage and working with patients suffering from a variety of diseases, children with special needs and seniors. She holds a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City, worked as a choreographer and teacher of contemporary dance, and currently works for Baystate Health Systems at The D'Amour Center for Cancer Care. |

| Fritha Pengelly has practiced Pilates and Yoga for fifteen years and was in the Doug Elkins Dance Company from 1994-2001. Daniel studied with, interviewed, filmed and organized for many of the Milongueros, the older generation dancers. Her specialty is the client, she has helped clients lose weight, accomplish their dream of running a marathon, and helped elder clients become strong and healthy. She's also worked as a fitness director and marketing manager for gyms. | |
| Lauren Wolk has been moving her body in gravity since birth! She is avid runner, hiker and yoga practioner. She is authorized to teach Awareness Through Movement classes by the Feldenkrais Guild of North America, and is a candidate for Functional Integration certification in 2013. She hopes to introduce others to the Feldenkrais method so that they too may enjoy reduced stress, ease of movement, and increased functionality. | Jackie Ling Wong Tango instructor. Her great passion is dancing tango and introducing others to the joy and depth of tango. Biannual travel to Buenos Aires for immersion study and practice keep Jackie abreast of the ever evolving "tango nuevo" while at the same time strengthening her appreciation and grasp of traditional tango techniques and style. She also developed tangopulse.net to foster a strong and growing community of social tango dancers. |
