Personalized Training & Exercise Programs
Private training is offered on a one-on-one basis using a variety of movement forms and/or equipment.
Each client's movement is assessed by a certified personal trainer and a program is designed for the specific
needs of that person. Special arrangements may also be made for individual assessments and program designs
from a licensed physical therapist; however, these are not billable to insurance companies.
Our certified trainers will guide you through each lesson using verbal cues and hands on
corrections. They will provide personalized attention to keep your movements effective and safe, and will adjust the
difficulty level to your individual capabilities and range of success.
Your trainers will pay particular attention to your special needs (chronic pain, past/current
injuries, and other weaknesses) and refer you to our physical therapist or other medical professionals if needed.
Sessions benefit a wide range of people from senior citizens looking for safe and enjoyable
fitness, to athletes and dancers seeking intelligent, holistic training.

Functional Fitness is a specific approach to fitness that builds integrated strength, flexibility,
agility, speed, coordination, and balance in all three dimensions of motion to enhance daily movement or sports
performance. Functional exercises also assist in injury prevention and rehabilitation.

strength and full body connection. It is practiced on a mat or with our full line of special spring-loaded equipment.
