For dance classes we offer, modern, tango, and middle eastern tribal fusion. All levels are welcome!
Modern dance classes have a deep a warm up with emphasis on body awareness. Phrases will include spirals, isolations and playing with different initiations through the use of space and time.
Beginner Tango learn the basics of tango, including walking, partnering, musicality and basic figures. NO experience necessary.
Mid-eastern/ African/ Electronica using a foundation of yoga, donna Mejia dialogues African, near eastern and nomadic dance traditions with American hip-hop and electronic.
Amer-Eastern fusion dance the fusion of many different styles of movement commonly grouped together under the name “bellydance”. You do NOT have to show your belly.
