Studio Helix is located on the 3rd floor of Thornes Market in the heart of downtown Northampton Massachusetts at 150 Main Street.
Studio Helix is wheelchair accessible by elevator. Parking is available in the parking garage adjoining Thornes Marketplace or in the parking lot located directly behind. If parking in the garage, just simply walk across the covered walkway into Thornes Marketplace and up to the 3rd floor.
Hours of Operation: Physical Therapy, Private Fitness Training, and Spa Services by appointment Monday through Sunday. For group classes see our class schedule.
